I really need to move with the times (apparently), but i love vinyl. Technics 1210'S with concorde scratch stylus, and the excellently built Allen and Heath Xone:62, and my Macbook. Monica Kause & Voodoo amy- Funk Frequency Paul Birken presents: Land of the Lost E.P. Shawn Rudiman- Deal with it Dust Brothers- My Mercury Mouth Random Dynamics- Vol 1 Hertz- one Junior Sanchez/Christian Smith- R-United Phuture- We Are Phuture ...to name a few. Played underground, including a couple of live sets, warehouse parties, outdoor events, illegal raves, organised a few events of my own! I've been producing for a few years now, although i never really seem to finish a track. I always keep going back and changing them. During the early 90's when I wasn't listening to Grunge and Heavy Metal, I would tune into the likes of Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, DJ Tanith, Nick Warren and Danny Rampling. My first love now is minimal techno of the Richie Hawtin, Audion, Adam Beyer type, also the Berlin and Detroit scenes, German and Dutch industrial sounds such as Surgeon (Tresor), Oscar Mulero and Dave Clarke. But i play alot of other genres as well, D&B, breaks, house, leftfield, trip-hop and some hip hop. Unkle, DJ Shadow, DJ Krush, Adam Freeland, Aphex Twin and Chris Clark have been big influences on me also.
